CORN TIKKIS
INGREDIENTS:
300 g corn kernels (boiled and mashed)
1 small potato (boiled and mashed)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp corn flour
15 mL soya sauce
1 tsp oil
salt
oil for frying
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients together except oil for frying. Mix well and make fist sized balls and flatten into tikkis.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry till a nice golden brown. Serve hot.
